What are the steps of using powder shaker?
The Osnuo-powder shaking machine adopts a 6-stage baking system, with triple drying in the front, middle and back of the printer. The printed pattern is then output to the powder shaking machine for pre-drying, heating the hot melt powder, and drying the hot melt powder. The printed heat transfer finished product It can be pressed or rolled directly, which is efficient and fast; the heating width of the powder shaking machine is 80cm, which can ensure that the material is heated evenly. There will be no temperature difference between the middle and both sides. The pre-heating is generally 110-120℃, and the post-heating will be 30℃ higher.
The process of heat transfer is very simple. Just lay down the fabric, lay out the powder film, control the temperature and time, and you will have a T-shirt full of accomplishment and personality. Generally speaking, temperature control has a little bit to do with fabrics, powders, and films, but it doesn't have much to do with it. Generally, it is better for novices to control the hot stamping time at 80-100°C to about 10 to 18 seconds. When they first get started, it is safe to operate to prevent the fabric from turning yellow due to excessive temperature. There are no absolute values for temperature and time control. The operating principle is that the higher the temperature is, the shorter the time control will be. Some experienced hands control the temperature at 150-180°C, and the hot stamping time is accordingly shortened to 5-8 seconds, which is also very good. The printed pattern has a dry and wet rubbing fastness of level 4 or above, is stretch-resistant and rub-resistant, breathable and skin-friendly.
What the film to use in the vedio?
The film used in the video is cold tear film. There are two types of film: cold tear film and hot tear film. The film is also divided into double-sided and single-sided. The double-sided version is better, and the back is coated with a layer of anti-slip agent to prevent it from slipping during the printing process.
What the powder to use in the vedio?
The powder is actually the powder form of glue. It is divided into fine powder, medium powder and coarse powder, customers can choose according to the fabric needs. For rougher fabrics like canvas bags, coarse powder can be used. Coarse flour is harder. The T-shirts we normally wear are made of softer fabrics using fine powder. The medium powder is compatible with the characteristics of thick and fine powder.
